- Oversee Projects and Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor projects that drive operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Analyse and Improve Shift Performance: Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Management: Work closely with management-level colleagues to standardize shift practices, share best practices, and drive consistency across the network.
As an Area Manager, you will work on a shift pattern, overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and driving process improvements. Your focus will be on owning and driving a culture of safety, upholding quality and shift performance standards, and overseeing process improvements within your area.
About the TeamAmazon's Customer Fulfilment (CF) team is the backbone of our business, handling over 1.5 million orders daily. As an Area Manager, you will be part of this dynamic team, working closely with professionals who share your passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in people management, data-driven decision making, and process improvement.
- Language Proficiency: High proficiency in English language.
- Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen Experience: Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques to drive process improvements.
- AR Experience: Experience working in an Amazon Returns environment.
- Logistics Experience: Experience working in a logistics environment.
- MS Office Suite: Proficiency in using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
