Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Care Specialist to join our team and provide support to adults with a learning disability. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal and emotional support to individuals with a learning disability
- Helping individuals develop new skills and plan for their future
- Supporting individuals in their own homes or out in the community
