Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our Legal team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of top law firms. Your primary focus will be on building lasting relationships with high-value clients and leveraging your sales expertise to maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with high-value legal sector customers throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial opportunity to close.
  2. Sales Performance: Actively generate and close opportunities within the existing client base, maximizing revenue growth.
  3. Strategic Account Planning: Develop and maintain strategic account plans to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  4. Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts on a monthly and annual basis to ensure targets are met and expectations managed.

Requirements:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in B2B software sales with at least some experience of the legal sector.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining lasting client relationships.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
