**Job Summary**

Deichmann is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team in our Swindon store. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Approach customers, provide helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
  • Serve customers at the till - process sales transactions.
  • Recommend and promote complimentary products with each sale.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
  • Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the shop floor is always kept clean and tidy, to a high standard.
  • Perform any additional ad hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**

  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to approach and serve all customers.
  • The drive to exceed monthly performance targets.
  • Methodical approach to completing daily tasks.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • The ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse team.
  • The commitment to work 12 hours per week and the flexibility to work any day (Monday - Sunday).

**What We Offer**

Competitive hourly rate of up to £11.64 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission.
