* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Gather information from customers to book engineer visits and update systems accordingly
* Maintain accurate records and update Excel spreadsheets as needed
* Rebook engineer visits when required
* Provide general administrative support
* Assist with customer queries via email and phone

Requirements:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in using a computer
* Previous customer service experience in retail or a call centre (desired)
* Commitment to hard work and a positive attitude
* Knowledge of Excel (advantageous)
