Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tate. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers and engineers via various communication channels.
  • Re-book appointments and jobs when engineers are unable to complete work.
  • Reallocate work when engineers are absent or unavailable.
  • Update various systems and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Gather information from other teams to close jobs and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Assist engineers and customers with queries and concerns.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team's operations.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident computer user with experience in using various software applications.
  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or call centre environment.
  • Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Natural problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
