IR35: Inside IR35
Location: Hybrid - 4 days a week onsite in London office, 1 day a week remote working
Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Contract Strategy and Operations Manager to join their media team for an initial 6-month engagement. As a key player in setting the strategy and delivering a roadmap of initiatives to shape the business's future advertising products and revenue streams, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive monetization strategy and go-to-market plan for new products.
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing processes across the business to improve agility and accelerate innovation.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating closely with teams including product, marketing, sales, and finance to drive alignment and execution.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision making.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, or operations in a large business or a growing startup.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and drive alignment towards common goals.
- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of developing and executing growth initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel required and proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
