Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Brook Street. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and screening candidates, and providing excellent customer service.

The Role:
  • Business development calls and client meetings to build and maintain relationships
  • Candidate marketing to source and screen candidates
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Developing personal online brand
  • Working to achieve targets
  • Becoming an expert in the field

The Person:
  • Experienced Recruitment Consultant or sales-driven individual
  • Proven biller in temporary or permanent recruitment or sales and business development
  • Strong work ethic and hunger to learn
  • Ambition, drive, and money-motivated attitude
  • First-class communication skills
