We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Brook Street. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and engaging with top talent, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
- SOURCE, SCREEN, AND ENGAGE WITH CANDIDATES to meet client needs and build a strong pipeline of talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
