We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Brook Street. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and engaging with top talent, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels to source high-quality candidates, conduct interviews, and make job offers.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Performance Management: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage a pipeline of candidates and clients, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Proven track record of success in recruitment or sales, with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
