Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Brook Street. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and engaging with top talent, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
- Sourcing and engaging with top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in recruitment or sales, with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
