Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Housing Support Worker to join our team in Manchester. As a Housing Support Worker, you will work with individuals who have experienced homelessness and have complex needs, helping them sustain their tenancies and transition to independent living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess service users' needs and develop effective support plans
