The Role:

As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in assisting students and staff, ensuring the smooth running of the school day. This will involve working directly with students who may need additional support due to special educational needs, behavioural challenges, or personal circumstances. Your role will involve working one-on-one and in group settings to support students' overall well-being and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to students in class, during break times, and in extracurricular activities.
  • Assist students with special educational needs, ensuring they are engaged and supported throughout the school day.
  • Help implement individual learning or behaviour plans in collaboration with teachers and the SEN team.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, acting as a trusted role model and source of guidance.
