Job Description

Role: Senior Paid Social Advertising Specialist (3 Days Per Week in the Office)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Social Advertising Specialist to join our team at Public Nectar. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, driving performance and growth for our clients' businesses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Consistently achieve monthly ad spend and revenue KPIs, monitoring and reporting on campaign success to the internal team and clients.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and ROI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and strategies.
  • Develop skills in data-oriented media buying, conducting A/B tests for new creatives, audiences, and strategies to scale campaigns.
  • Utilize data from reporting tools such as Shopify Reports, Motion, Agency Analytics, and Triple Whale to inform decision-making.
  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their goals, setting clear expectations, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Write direct-response copy that resonates with target audiences and create thumb-stopping ads.
  • Champion Creative Strategy for clients, developing core creative testing roadmaps, measuring performance, and finding new creative angles to test.
  • Work closely with our Head of Paid Social and the team to ensure alignment on all activity and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously refine and improve advertising strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings, share expertise, and contribute to the overall success of the paid social team.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Several years of experience in paid social advertising, with a proven track record of managing clients with an ad spend of at least £30k - £50k per month.
  • Experience working with and understanding of different advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and in an advertising agency, startup, or service-based business.
  • Strong understanding of different areas of the marketing funnel and a self-motivated, proactive approach to continuously improve themselves.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
