About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DS Ambassador to join our team at Pendragon Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a true ambassador for DS, showcasing an in-depth understanding of our brand's exclusive market position, products, and services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, actively listening to their needs to deliver sales and aftersales support while building strong personal and professional relationships.
  • Enhance our customers' journey through seamless interactions across physical and digital touchpoints, facilitating contactless appointments, home deliveries, and exclusive events.
  • Drive brand awareness through social media, marketing initiatives, events, and online presence while keeping our customers informed of brand and product news/developments.
  • Support the DS Brand Manager with supply management, vehicle orders, business forecasting, and stock management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Meet the required standards for providing fair financial advice and services to our customers, adhering to FCA regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience in curating unforgettable customer experiences, coupled with a relentless drive to consistently surpass sales and aftercare targets.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for managing brand awareness to contribute to the growth and success of the dealership.
  • Familiarity with products and services within the automotive and retail landscape, preferably within luxury brands.
  • Proficiency leveraging technology to streamline processes and manage customer interactions, ideally with experience using CRM systems, digital platforms, and video tools.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and development, staying ahead of the trends to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Commitment to doing the right thing, and treating our customers fairly, continuously learning to ensure you build your level of knowledge to work in a regulated environment.
  • A Full UK Manual Driving license - you'll have the opportunity to drive a huge range of exciting vehicles.
