About the Role

Furniture Village is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the retail or furniture industry
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to provide excellent customer experience
