- Stay informed about relevant compliance regulations, including GDPR and employment laws, ensuring company practices are in alignment.
- Formulate and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication to the team.
- Conduct regular audits to guarantee ongoing compliance with both internal and external standards.

Experience Required:
- Prior experience in recruitment, customer relations, compliance, or administrative roles.
- Ability to forge strong and enduring relationships.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in recruitment, including documentation and background checks.
- Proven ability to maintain organized records and generate detailed reports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to build and sustain positive relationships with candidates.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in compliance and administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
