About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Spider, a specialist food and wine importer. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with sales-related tasks, such as preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
