Job Description

This role involves leading and managing a team of Account Managers to drive sales growth and market share in the aesthetic industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other partners to drive business growth.
  • Meet with customers, face-to-face, phone, email, screen share to discuss sales strategies and solutions.
  • Ensure that sales teams understand the business strategy around products and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
  • The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
