About the Role

Aesthetic Search is seeking an experienced Sales and Acquisitions Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the aesthetic treatments and services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive a personalized experience.
  • Provide expert guidance on the clinic's range of treatments and services to potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct consultations to understand client goals and recommend tailored aesthetic solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and remote-based sales targets, contributing to revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or client advisory role, ideally within the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of non-surgical aesthetic treatments and a passion for the beauty and wellness sector.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Salary: £14-£18 per hour + commission, with an estimated annual salary of approximately £36,000-£43,200 based on 1,800 hours worked per year (approximately 35 hours/week).
