About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Export Control Manager to lead and manage our company's export compliance program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our export activities are conducted in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to management on export control matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that export control requirements are integrated into business processes.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on export control policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on export control developments.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g. international trade, law, business).
- Proven experience in export control compliance, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of export control regulations, including ITAR and EAR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
