Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Cramlington, United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, focusing on their individual needs and preferences

- Conduct minimum 1-hour visits to ensure thorough and attentive care

- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition
