The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including double pay rate on bank holidays, mileage paid at £0.30 p/mile, and access to our Employee Assistance Scheme.



Job Description



We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Cramlington, United Kingdom. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to our clients, enabling them to live their best lives.



Key Responsibilities:




  • To deliver high-quality care and support to clients, focusing on their individual needs and preferences;
  • To provide continuity of care by visiting the same clients regularly, building strong relationships and routines;
  • To assist clients with daily activities to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life;
  • To communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure optimal support.
