Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team at UKCIL Ltd. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to a child with Autism, PICA, and Epilepsy in Amble.


The role involves enabling the child to access local activities, such as going to the park, which will be a rewarding experience for both the child and the assistant.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance to the child
  • Acompany the child to community activities, promoting social interaction and fun
  • Ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times, providing a secure environment


Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with disabilities
  • Positive understanding and genuine interest in working with children with complex needs
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Full driving license


We offer comprehensive training to ensure our assistants have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. A full driving license is required, and we provide a competitive rate of pay: £13.09 per hour.
