Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and motivated individual with experience in manufacturing process coordination. The role involves working closely with the engineering team to ensure the smooth running of the production department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Bill of Materials (BoMs) for accurate manufacturing and procurement activities
  • Coordinating with engineering to ensure BoM readiness and accuracy
  • Creating and maintaining BoM templates for ease of use by the design team
  • Issuing BoMs for standard product range
  • Management of stock and inventory
  • Dealing with emails on Production email inbox
  • Checking sheets for taking stock out and returning it
  • Creating and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assisting in the rationalising/standardising of parts/products
  • Staff management and training within the production department
