Job Description:
As a key member of the manufacturing team, you'll be responsible for overseeing factory operations, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, driving business growth and profitability. Your expertise will help ensure seamless production and delivery of high-quality products to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing operations role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
