Job Overview

Welsh Athletics Ltd. is seeking a talented and dedicated coach to fill the role of Casual Starting Blocs Coach, covering all regions of Wales.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate children and young people, helping them develop their athletic skills and reach their full potential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging coaching sessions that cater to the needs and abilities of children and young people.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects and events, contributing to the overall success of Welsh Athletics Ltd.'s initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of coaching or teaching children and young people in athletics or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.

Working Terms:

Casual working hours, with flexibility to work regular evening and weekend shifts as required.

Remuneration: £12.50 / hour, with estimated annual earnings up to £25,000 based on hours worked.
