Education Programme Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Education Programme Director.
As the Education Programme Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Junior Apprenticeship programme. This will involve leading the recruitment process, liaising with local authorities and schools, and ensuring that our programme meets the needs of individuals, employers, and the community we serve.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the education sector and experience in programme management. They will also be able to provide recommendations to the Senior HoD on department advancement based on data and analysis.
