About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Work leader to join our team as Family Safeguarding Transformation Manager. In this role, you will lead two service managers in providing strategic leadership to ensure children in need of help and protection receive the right support at the right time.

The successful candidate will continue our Family Safeguarding transformation journey, further developing partner relationships to take a whole-family approach. This will make it easier for parents to access all the support they need from within one team.

As Family Safeguarding Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership that drives positive outcomes for children and families. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that promote early help and support the whole family.
