### Job Title: Pastry Chef De Partie

#### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to join our team at Gotpeople. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Pastry Sous Chef in the preparation and service of pastries, desserts, and bakeries.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Pastry Sous Chef in maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation in all pastry and dessert items
* Ensure that kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are always clean and tidy to the required standards
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new pastry and dessert menus
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment

#### Requirements

* 2+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie in a 5-star luxury hotel environment
* Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation, presentation, and service
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
