Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

About the Role:

H&C Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team in one of London's most luxurious boutique five-star hotels. This exclusive hotel operation boasts a minimum room spend of £700 per night, and the kitchen oversees a formal fine dining restaurant serving modern French cuisine with British influences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pastry chefs in the preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts and pastries.
  • Develop and implement new dessert menus and recipes to meet the hotel's culinary standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Excellent knowledge of modern French cuisine and British influences.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
