**About the Role:**

H9 HR & Professional Services is seeking a Culture and Inclusion Development Advisor to help shape and implement our client's equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) strategies.

In this fully on-site role, you will work to develop EDI initiatives, deliver culturally focused learning programs, and support the activities of the Positive Action Attraction Team to ensure our organisation reflects the communities we serve.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement EDI strategies to promote a culture of inclusion
* Design and deliver culturally focused learning programs to enhance employee engagement and development
* Support the Positive Action Attraction Team in their efforts to attract and retain diverse talent
* Assess the effectiveness of inclusion efforts across the workforce and make recommendations for improvement
