Psychology Mentor Assistant

As an Education Support Assistant - Psychology, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with their learning, while gaining valuable experience in the field of education.
Key Responsibilities:- Support children with their learning, either 1:1 or in small groups, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
- Use your psychology knowledge to provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
- Currently enrolled in a psychology or related degree, with a strong foundation in psychological principles and theories.
- Passionate about working with children and young people, committed to education and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Estimated Daily Rate: £15.00 - £20.00 per hour, providing a competitive income and opportunities for financial growth.
- Hands-on experience to enhance your CV and future career in education, psychology, or related fields, opening doors to new opportunities and challenges.
