Psychology Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Learning Support Assistant to join our team, providing support to children and young people with their learning while gaining valuable experience in the field of education.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to support children with their learning, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.
  • Provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs, using your psychology knowledge to help them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

  • Currently enrolled in a psychology or related degree, with a strong foundation in psychological principles and theories.
  • Passionate about working with children and young people, committed to education and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other stakeholders.
