About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for managing client payrolls, processing payroll reconciliations, and staying up-to-date on payroll legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client payrolls across various frequencies using IRIS (Star)
  • Stay current on payroll legislation, including tax codes, National Insurance, and statutory pay
  • Support with payroll reconciliations and reporting
  • Build strong relationships with clients and resolve queries promptly
