About the Role

The Payroll Executive position is a critical component of our global payroll operations, ensuring seamless and compliant processing for employees across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee payroll processing from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports, manage pension schemes, and address employee queries.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams, assisting with year-end returns and producing ad hoc reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on payroll legislation changes to maintain compliance.
About You

We're seeking a seasoned Payroll professional with a proven track record in managing UK payroll processes and coordinating international payrolls.

  • Proficiency in payroll software systems, particularly Sage, and a strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Advanced Excel skills for compiling reports and reconciling data.
