Pensions and Payroll Expert Required

Undisclosed is seeking a highly skilled Pensions and Payroll Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing and administration of pensions and payroll transactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new working practices to improve the quality and efficiency of pensions and payroll services.
  • Lead and direct Admin Officers by organizing, developing, and monitoring working practices.
  • Ensure pensions and payroll processes are documented and updated to reflect changes to financial regulations and employment legislation.
  • Reconcile payrolls within set timescales and monitor pension fund matters.
  • Liaise with colleagues to resolve operational issues and accommodate legislative updates.
  • Produce and present complex reports on pensions and payroll matters.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management reporting systems to manage and monitor team performance.
  • Maintain and develop performance measures to determine the effectiveness and quality of the pensions and payroll service.

About the Role:

This is a remote-based position, and you will be required to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the delivery of pensions and payroll services.
