We're seeking a skilled Pension Support Specialist to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing telephone-based support and guidance to new or existing customers who wish to make informed financial planning decisions for their pension pre, at or post-retirement.

You will deliver a first-class customer experience on every call, prioritising and organising a demanding workload to meet volume targets within a regulatory environment.

The ideal candidate will have a base knowledge of pension products, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to develop collaborative relationships with Aegon customers.

As a Pension Support Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on your experience, as well as a range of benefits including a non-contributory pension, discretionary bonus, and 34 days leave per year.
