Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Specialist to join our team at Linda Farrow. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of sales administration processes and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Commercial Implementation Manager in daily system maintenance
  • Manage content on Joor, including product lists and customer information
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all systems
  • Responsible for sales administration, data entry, and related paperwork
  • Provide system training to internal teams or agents as required
  • Execute administrative tasks to support the Sales team
  • Creation of weekly/ad-hoc reports for the Sales team
  • Supply the global sales force with accurate information and support as needed
  • Bulk order/customer profile updates when necessary
  • Creation and update of sales tools, including seasonal and free stock linesheets
  • Aftersales services, including sending free stock line sheets or providing imagery of orders for client reference
  • Customer service, including answering product queries, processing defects/damage/spare part requests, and tracking outstanding returns
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure seasonal updates are on track
  • Organization of sample sets and logistics for London showrooms, tradeshows, international showrooms, and travel
  • Management of agent sample sets, including current samples on hand and past season returns
  • Assisting in timely delivery of new season samples
  • Managing sample movement paperwork on systems

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
