London, Greater London, United Kingdom Nyetimber Full time
About Nyetimber

Nyetimber is a pioneering luxury brand and multiple award-winning English sparkling wine producer. Our story is one of many firsts; we were the first to pioneer the now-established style of English sparkling wine; we were the first to grow the renowned grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in England exclusively for producing sparkling wine; and the estate where our vines were first planted, was first mentioned in the Domesday book of 1086 by its then Anglo-Saxon name 'Nyetimbraha'.

Quality is key to absolutely everything we do at Nyetimber, and there is a constant strive for perfection. We produce exceptional sparkling wine, but always keep in mind that the reference to exceptional goes beyond wine, it extends to every touch point of the brand.

Job Description

The Sales Administration Specialist will report directly to the Sales Logistics Manager to provide support to the Sales team. This role will be responsible for providing first-class sales coordination, ensuring that orders are taken and processed in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.

You will provide a best-in-class service to our customers that always fosters a positive and professional image of the Nyetimber Group. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Sales Logistics Manager with all incoming sales enquiries, orders, and processing all sales orders received either by phone or email.
  • Providing exceptional 'After Sales' service by maintaining strong key customers, dealing with other types of queries where necessary. This includes taking ownership of complaints and resolving with an appropriate solution.
  • Being a point of contact for all sales administrative duties and enquiries for orders. Processing all UK orders in a timely manner and following up any aftersales and delivery queries afterwards.
  • Providing information both externally and internally regarding product pricing, availabilities, delivery deadlines, and schedules, etc.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven experience in sales administration or logistics coordination, preferably within the wine and/or spirits industry. You should have familiarity with sales and inventory management systems, with experience in maintaining stock levels and processing orders.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, generous staff purchasing privileges, 5% pension, life assurance, Simply Health Cash plan, and Perkbox.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle high volumes of data accurately. They will also be able to work closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Warehouse) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics and sales processes.
