Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Administration Specialist to join our team at Orion Electrotech. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate customer records and information systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries about products, services, and order status, as well as supporting sales quotations for new projects. You will also be responsible for coordinating with manufacturing and material control departments, processing and tracking sales orders, handling service exchanges, repairs, and spare parts orders, and supporting warranty claim systems.

In addition to these tasks, you will provide flexible support for additional company projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential, and a technical mechanical sales admin background is highly desirable.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. The work schedule includes 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (08:30-16:30) and Friday (08:30-15:30).
