About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Worcestershire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, and support with daily living tasks.
  • Support individuals with preparing and cooking meals, attending medical appointments, and engaging in social activities.
  • Keep accurate records and update care plans as required, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive support service, promoting independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and their families.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills, with a commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
