Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our client's support package in their own home. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our client to live independently and achieve their full potential.

About the Role

This is a part-time role, working 14 hours a week over 3 days, including alternate Sundays. You will be required to support our client with everyday tasks, such as attending appointments, shopping trips, and helping with medication management. You will also be responsible for keeping our client's diary up to date and providing general support around the home.

Requirements
  • A good level of education is required
  • Good communication skills
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this vacancy
  • Prepared to commit to long-term care for one client in a person-centered way
  • Willing to be trained to CQC standards to meet the client's needs
  • Respect company policies and procedures
  • Be reliable, non-judgmental, caring, responsible, and compassionate
  • Committed to confidentiality and treating the client with dignity and respect
