Support a Female Client with Spinal Cord Injury

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team in the Worcester area. As a Support Worker, you will provide one-to-one care to a female client with a spinal cord injury and complex health needs in her own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support with moving and handling, managing clinical equipment, and domestic tasks
  • Engage in social activities and promote independence

Working Arrangements:

  • Rolling 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off shift pattern
  • Living in the client's home 24/7 when on shift
  • Zero hour contract with regular shifts
