Facilities Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Validation and Maintenance Technician to join our team at RBW Consulting LLP. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our facilities and equipment.
The successful candidate will have previous validation experience, ideally within equipment, facilities, and process-based activities. A solid understanding of pharmaceutical production/manufacturing processes is essential, as well as a continuous improvement mindset.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing reactive and proactive activities. With a clear training and progression plan from day one, you will see the pathway for progression and the rewards that come with that both in terms of development and remuneration.
Key Requirements:- Educated to degree (or equivalent level) in a Life Sciences subject
- Previous validation experience, ideally within equipment, facilities, and process-based activities
- A solid understanding of pharmaceutical production/manufacturing processes
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Any knowledge of aseptic working environments would be helpful (aseptic technique, sterility, etc.)
Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
