Laboratory Quality Assurance Lead

We are recruiting for a Quality Advisor to join our team at The Pirbright Institute. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our quality management efforts.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and laboratory management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities- Leading the development and implementation of our Quality Management System
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards
- Developing and delivering quality training programs for staff
- Coordinating change control and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Educated to a life sciences degree or equivalent
- Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and other relevant standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
We offer a competitive salary of £38,500 - £40,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including:
