Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at RBW Consulting, you will be working closely with a highly technical production team focused on equipment, facilities, and process activities.
We are seeking individuals with previous validation experience who can contribute to the growth of our business by upgrading systems and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a Life Sciences subject and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical production and manufacturing processes.
You will need to be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment that balances reactive and proactive activities.
This role offers a clear training and progression plan from day one, providing opportunities for development and remuneration.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Requirements:
- Educated to degree (or equivalent level) in a Life Sciences subject
- Previous validation experience, ideally within equipment, facilities, and process-based activities
- A solid understanding of pharmaceutical production/manufacturing processes
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Any knowledge of aseptic working environments would be helpful
- A solid understanding of GMP principles
