National Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, establish brand visibility, and promote our products on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing grocery/independent retail accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the grocery retail sector and prospect new accounts by presenting our product portfolio, value propositions, and differentiation in the market.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with overall company objectives, defining sales targets, promotional strategies, and collaborative initiatives to enhance market presence and revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align on product launches, marketing campaigns, and inventory management.
  • Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Strong account management experience.
  • Experience of developing accounts and winning new business.
  • Ability to manage a multitude of different priorities (internal & external) and work to timescales, manage projects, and lead people.
