Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Red Kite Waste. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for targeting Construction companies and selling our wide range of Construction Waste Management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target new and past customers
  • Utilize cold calling and site visits to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Construction industry
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales within the Construction, Waste Management, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of the Construction industry and its needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
