Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Red Kite Waste. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the construction waste management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target construction companies and sell our range of construction waste management services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, and other sales activities.
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our services to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the construction, waste management, or recycling industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license.
